Jammu & Kashmir human Rights Council International wing Chairman Raja Habib Jalib in a press release today that dialogue between India & Pakistan have achieved nothing , he said that India is just playing game to gain more time so that its military could crush the people of Kashmir. The killing ,rape & torture shows clearly that the intention of India is not to negociate but to prolong the process so that Government of India could get more time to defame the people of Kashmir. He said that India has committed war crimes in Kashmir & human rights violation must stop, otherwise the whole area will get in problem. He said that India has already announced a war against Pakistan by violating war treaty.
He said that India must respect the human rights & aspiration of people of Kashmir must be respected. He said that dialogue between India & Pakistan will not bring any results untill the full participation of true representative of people of Kashmir are not allowed to sit in three party dialogue. he said that root cause of the dispute is Kashmir, so if India is not ready to solve the basic issue and not serious to discuss with people of Kashmir then dialogue will be just a joke,he said.
He also called on all Kashmirie leaders to unite with one stand and one slogan and that slogan should be the freedom of Kashmir from India. He said all other differences should be put aside untill India leaves Kashmir. he said that division of Hurriet Conferance is a pre-plan programme of India to divide and rule Kashmir. he said that united stand will give the people of Kashmir more power to stand in international arena, and demand the right of self-determination. Raja habib Jalib appealed all the human rights Organizations and political leaders of Pakistan to raise the issue for the protection of Kashmirie leadership, he said that recent confinement of Kashmirie political leaders including Shabir Shah & Nayeem Khan is gross human right violation. The leaders of Kashmir  should not be treated as a criminals. He called on Indian Government to release these leaders immidiatly.
Meanwhile Council Chairman Raja Habib Jalib has asked the Political leaders of Pakistan to raise the violation of water treaty ,and Bagliar Dam Project ,which is contravention to Sind Tass agreement.
