PAC inspected District Hospital Islamabad

Jan. 18:Public Accounts Committee, headed by MLA A. R. Veeri along with MLA Nazir Gurezi and MLA Mohammad Shafi Wani today inspected District Hospital Islamabad coming up at the cost of Rs. 59.55 crore spread over 22 kannal of land. The committee took stock of the present construction activities of the hospital. Director Health services, Chief Medical officer and other senior officers of the Health and JPCC construction company accompanied the MLA during his visit.


On this occasion, Veeri stressed upon the JPCC construction company for completing the hospital on speedy basis so that people may not face problems in future.

Veeri said that the hospital is having 300 beds capacity and in the month of jully of this year one block consisting 120 beds will be handed over to the health department.

He also stressed upon the construction company to maintain the quality of the work.
